With over twenty years of experience as a practitioner, educator, and Program Director in Health Information Management, I know that the "perfect" curriculum on paper often fails in the reality of a digital classroom. I’ve spent two decades refining the balance between institutional rigor and the human experience.
I founded Highland eHealth because I saw a recurring pattern: Programs were scaling, but the "human" side was being lost to rigid legacy systems and faculty burnout. I realized that the secret to a successful program isn't more technology. It’s better Experience Architecture.
Today, I help fellow Program Directors bridge the gap between 'the way we’ve always done it' and the 2026 workforce. My approach is evidence-based, student-focused, and designed to give faculty their time back so they can focus on what matters: teaching.
